A condominium
, or condo, is a specified part of a piece of real estate (usually of an apartment building) that is individually owned. Generally, use of and access to common facilities, such as hallways, elevators, heating system and exterior areas, are controlled by the association of owners that jointly represent ownership of the entire building. The term “condominium” is a legal term used in the United States and most of Canada.
In Daytona Beach, many high-rise condominiums are clustered along the Atlantic Ocean shoreline. However, condos are found in every price range, from over a million to less than $50,000, depending on location. Of course, the further inland you go, away from the beach, the less expensive and smaller the condos will be. Oceanside condos feature gorgeous floor plans, some with floor to ceiling windows to take advantage of the breathtaking views. Open floor plans, underground parking, large balconies with ocean or river views, efficient, convenient locations, interior design and architecture that will impress - it’s all available in Daytona Beach.
